Wakeup Workout: The Facebook Workout

Personal Trainer Donny D-Fine has created the Facebook Workout and posted it on YouTube. It uses Facebook terminology to motivate participants. If you're a Facebook fan or fanatic, you'll find this workout hilarious and creative! Donny D-Fine showed us a few Facebook Workout moves and encouraged us to "Update your body, not your status."
• Computer March - cardio warm-up, get our blood flowing
• Log In - back and biceps
• Poke Punch - burns fat in the arms working bi's and tri's
• Status Squats - works all muscles in our lower body
• Friend Request Flys - standing fly, works chest and back muscles
• Ignore Request Press - standing chest press , also working our triceps
• Mirror Pic Raise - works shoulder muscles
