Parents concerned over Pamper rashes
A possible warning for parents who use Pamper diapers with dry max.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has launched an investigation after some parents complained that the new diapers cause rashes and possibly chemical burns on their children.
Pampers recently updated their Swaddlers and Cruisers diapers with the thinner, more absorbent technology which it says went through extensive testing. Proctor and Gamble, the company that makes Pampers is working with the CPSC. It is standing by its product stating; 'there's no evidence that a single baby has experienced a serious skin safety issue as a result of dry max'.
Parents with comments about the product are asked to contact the CPSC at www.cpsc.gov or call the toll-free number 1-800-638-2772.
