Rising Child Star Struts Her Stuff On The PIX Runway
She's a 9-year-old supermodel raking in big bucks in a very competitive field. What makes Fatima Ptacek so special? ...Well she showed us. This starlet represented by Wilhelmina Model Management has it the full package personality, charm and talent. Fatima shared her signature walk with Sukanya Krishnan and strutted her stuff on our PIX11 runway.
Fatima, the youngest of 5 children, has not only has she found success as a model, but her acting career is taking off. The young New Yorker has appeared in more than 50 TV commercials, twice on "Saturday Night Live," movies, and alongside First Lady Michelle Obama on "Sesame Street."
With the movie "The Rebound" starring Catherine Zeta-Jones set to hit theaters and and a lead in upcoming film "The Miracle of Spanish Harlem," this 9-year-old is "one" to watch.

My son has been trying to get into modeling and acting. I was very excited to see this clip on todays morning show and i was hoping to find more info on the the talent scout u were talking about. Please help. My son is 17 yrs old 6ft very handsome boy.

Hi~My daughter is 9 years old just like Fatima and when I saw this morning show I instantly thought of my little girl! My daughter loves dressing up and puting a runway together for herself and she also makes up her own songs and sings it for me with her guitar. She has a great spirit,very loving and beautiful inside and out.In my eyes my daughter Jenisa is a star and needs to be discovered!
