Wake-Up Workout: Exercising With A Stroller

We push our kids in stroller from here to there and everywhere! So, why not get the most out of it! Tara Zimliki, founder of Tara's Bootcamp, stopped by with a Stroller Workout. She showed us:

• Stroller Lunges - Work glutes and quads
• Stroller Squats - Work glutes, quads and hamstrings
• Stroller Oblique Leg Lifts - Work obliques
• Stroller Crunches - Work upper and lower abs
