It's hip shaking, heart pumping and high energy! It's Zumba! And this coming weekend you can Zumba for a Cure to benefit the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life. Relay For Life gives communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. Zumba instructor Deeanna D'Alterio showed us these moves:

• Salsa Rock Back- targets quads, hamstrings and glutes
• Salsa Rock Back Lunges - T=targets quads, hamstrings and glutes

"Zumba for the Cure" will benefit Relay For Life of Ridgefield Park an American Cancer Society sponsored event. The event is taking place Saturday April 24 at 12pm-2pm at St. Francis School Gymnasium (110 Mount Vernon Street, Ridgefield Park, NJ). For ticket information contact Elaine at (201) 853-9385 for ticket information.

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is a life-changing event that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. At Relay, teams of people camp out at a local high school, park, or fairground and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event. Because cancer never sleeps, Relays are overnight events up to 24 hours in length.
