Serving Size vs. Healthy Portions

A recent New York Times article pointed out how the FDA is considering putting serving size labels on the front of boxes because people don't really pay attention to serving sizes...they usually just look at the calories and not realize that in their bowl they could have 3 times the actual serving size which means they are actually having 3 times the calories.

Nutritionist, Josephine Connolly Schoonen stopped by live to show us ways to satisfy our cravings, lose weight and still look great all through portion control.
