Rocco Recap: Week Ending 04/16/10

It's a new week on the CW and the seasons are starting to wind down!

The season finale of Life Unexpected took place with what may seem like an unexpected ending!

As he plans for Cate and Ryan's wedding begin to fall through from the rehearsal dinner to Cate's sister Abby coming down with food poisoning it seem like all might be lost for poor Cate.
No worries however Baze holds the rehearsal dinner at the bar and the wedding moves on without Abby. Unfortunately, the feelings Baze has for Cate can't be hiding for long.

Although they are officially made a family by the courts Lux tries to encourage Baze to tell Cate the truth, but at every moment possible he has the chance he can't and makes up another one of his excuses.

Baze realizes that love he never received from his father is hat keeps him from sharing his love for Cate. The relationship between father and son has been nothing, but disappointment for Baze causing him to doubt himself.

Once he confronts his father about the situation it looks like it was an argument that would not be one, until his dad comes forward!

After the heart to heart at the bar between father and son Baze heads to the church to confess his love.Now it would be to easy right but our boy is stuck in traffic, and once he reaches the church Cate and Ryan seal the deal

Leaving us with an unexpected or an expected ending!

Hopefully our extended family will return next season so we can see how this plays out!

On Gossip Girl, happy endings for one couple, but it looks like the end for another!

It was the dream wedding for our favorite maid and doorman! Dorota and Vanay tied the night in a dream wedding with the help of Chuck Bass and a few other friends!

Although Chuck of course had a hidden reason basically trying to win Blair back knowing that weddings are her weakness! In the end however it doesn't work out and the once happy couple is no more!

Speaking of relationship issues Serena is hiding secrets from Nate regarding her Dad and Carter Bazen. Carter is back in town and meeting Serena with the location of her fathers where about.Serena ends up leaving the wedding with Carter, but don't think its that easy Serena. Lil J saw you walking out so the girl who loves Nate will have no problem reporting what she saw.

While on the way to the airport however Serena kicks Carter out of the lime confessing that her feelings lie for Nate and Nate only. She then heads to West Palm Beach to discover not her father but, her mom

Looks like Rufus's suspicions are right about her where about.

On 90210 secrets are turning into nightmares!

Naomi finally comes clean when she has to present her case in front of the school board realizing that she is about to destroy the life of her teacher over a lie that she started!

Once Liam finds out the truth he finds it hard to believe her and heads back home only to find to his surprise that his father is out of prison

Annie and Silver go car shopping and act the part as if they where Thelma and Louise to take a 65 mustang for a Joyride. That ride comes to an end when Annie realizes she is driving down an all to familiar path. Where it all started the site of the hit and run.
With that her secret begins to haunt her all over again, but is able to understand where Naomi is coming from as the console each other in the end

Once Ivy confronts Liam thinking she has a chance, Liam makes it clear that their is nothing between them, However Dixon realizes that he does like Ivy and officially asks her out on a date at her mothers party, where by he way he was hired to DJ.

Poor Adrianna cant really seem to catch a break. Ivy's mom threw the party and planned to introduce her new singer to the music industry, but a fight with Gia makes Adrianna not coherent. Ivy's mom gives her friendly advice to talk to her her girlfriend, but with that Adriana learns that Gia has cheated on her with her ex-girlfriend.

The season is not over yet with episodes returning on the 27th looks like we are in for a major season finale!

Speaking of season finale's Melrose Place introduced us to a few new plot lines I just hope the CW brings it back see we can see how the lives of these young adults begin to turn!

Each one comes clean to an extent, but with a price more they could bargain for in a way. However it looks like Johnah is the one that just might be making it out all right! All though he told Ella about the kiss between him and Riley thus ending their relationship he seems to be happy as we end with him on the set of his new movie as director.

Riley also confesses to Drew about the kiss, but this gives Drew a chance to be honest with Riley. Apparently he has a heart condition which caused of a surgery to be done where he is placed with an M-tube. The same tube that he has done research on that leaks toxins into the blood stream causing strokes and killing the patients in which it is meant to save. This is the same tube that Dr. Mancini created and tries to deny the accusations.

Ella who had done some undercover work herself against her ruthless boss Amanda discovered the painting she was desperately looking for. With her discovery Ella realizes the game is now in her hands and turns the blackmail around giving her the upper hand, and getting her ruthless boss arrested.
