Food Network's Robin Miller Helps Us Reduce Our Sodium Intake

With spring cleaning well underway, why not take that enthusiasm into the kitchen and set up a pantry raid to shake out the salt?
Food Network's Robin Miller (Quick Fix Meals and Robin to the Rescue) stopped by to rescue viewers from sodium overload while still keeping flavor top of mind.
The Department of Health has an initiative called The National Salt Reduction Initiative is a coalition of cities, states and health organizations working to help food manufacturers and restaurants voluntarily reduce the amount of salt in their products.
The goal is to reduce Americans' salt intake by 20% over five years. This will save tens of thousands of lives each year and billions of dollars in health care costs.
