Twitter is popular, that goes without saying, but the big problem is the fact it has yet to be profitable according to social media experts.

The idea behind it puts messages in your user feeds from corporations such as Virgin and Starbucks.
This will mark the first real commercialization of the site which has been valued at 1-billion dollars and up until now has resisted any forms of traditional advertising in the past four years.
And, if you worry about your kids on Facebook for hours everyday, there are changes that are taking place on the site. Facebook is unveiling a revamped internal site designed to help people
stay safe while surfing online.
It is called Facebook's "Safety Center," and it has tools for parents, teachers, teens and even law enforcement.
New features of the center include four times more content on staying safe, such as dealing with bullying online, an interactive portal and a simpler design.
This is the first big endeavor from the social networking site and its four-month old global safety advisory board.
