Drinking and Driving Shatters Lives Campaign

dwicampaign.jpg

Neil and Jennifer Flynn of Long Beach, Long Island are here to discuss the Drinking and Driving Shatters Lives Campaign sponsored by the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee. Also joined us via telephone are David J. Swarts, NYS Department of Motor Vehicles Commissioner and Chair of the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee.

In 2005, the Flynn's were traveling home from a family wedding, when their limousine was struck by a drunk driver. Their 7-year-old daughter, Katie, was killed in the accident.

To watch the Drinking and Driving Shatters Lives PSAs or for more info on the campaign log onto: www.nysgtsc.state.ny.us/media/shatterPsa.htm .
