yoga2010.jpg

Yogi Beans program takes traditional yoga for adults and tweaks it to make it more engaging for kids--the program is for kids 2-10 years old.

She has two quick examples to talk through quickly (Lions Breath and Tree Pose) and from there she will have the kids join her to do a mini sun salutation.

Poses:
Seal pose: Say "arf arf arf"
Cat and Cow pose: Say Meow and Moo"
Downward Facing Dog pose: Say Woof Woof
Horse pose: Say "Neigh"
Plank pose: Say "Hiss" and wiggle like a snake
Mouse pose
