Rocco Dispirito Says To America 'Now Eat This!'

rocco0303.jpg

Celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito was on set today whipping up enchiladas and promoting his new calorie cutting cookbook Now Eat This!

The book features recipes that take America's calorie-filled comfort foods and transforms them into healthy choices. The dishes in the cookbook are free of bad carbs and fats, sugar free, but yet they retain all of their flavor. It also provides useful shortcuts, personal advice from Rocco himself, and nutritional breakdowns of the foods in the recipes from a certified nutritionist.

On set DiSpirito prepared his signature Cheesy Turkey Enchiladas with Tomatillo Salsa and Cilantro. Click here to download the recipe.

You can pick up Now Eat This!: 150 of America's Favorite Comfort Foods, All Under 350 Calories for about $13 in bookstores now.
