'Insanity' Workout Promises Results In 60 Days

When not working at PIX, our Lisa Mateo is all about workout DVD's. Her latest is a fitness concept that can get you in shape in 60-days, without using weights.
It's called "Insanity," and the name says it all. Lisa is on week four and she says it's intense! Lisa and a few other folks at PIX got a special lesson from Insanity creator Shaun T.
After shooting the story, a few members of our staff got inspired to go the whole 60 days. We're going to be tracking their progress in the weeks ahead. Special thanks to New York Sports Club for letting us use their gym.
