How To Max Out Your Credit Card Rewards

After a literal act of Congress, credit card owners are finally seeing some limits on those fees and interest rates that can easily rack up.
But, with the good news, comes the bad, banks are being forced to cut costs and it's coming out of those rewards we all know and love.
Smart Money Magazine's Kristen Bellstrom stopped by the PIX Morning News with some ways to max out your credit card rewards:
1. Take The Cash
Bellstrom says that cash back is better to take than products or airline miles, especially since some companies charge redemption fees for those items.
2. Beware Of Disappearing Deals
Assume that the deals you are seeing today will not be there tomorrow. Don't wait to cash in on those rewards.
3. Choose Wisely
Make sure you find the card that works well for you and your lifestyle. Bellstrom recommends www.BillShrink.com to hlep you match companies' reward programs to your spending habits.
