Wakeup Workout: SoulCycle Abs

SoulCycle Master Instructor Laurie Cole stopped by for today’s Wakeup Workout. She showed us moves from their new Hybrid Class, SoulCycle Abs.
SoulCycle Abs is a 45-minute ride on the bike with 15-minutes of abdominal work on the floor right after. SoulCycle is the first FULL-body indoor cycling workout. All of our movements originate from the CORE and we use one-pound weights during the ride toning the upper body and core, while getting an intense cardio workout.
