Former NBA Star Eric Snow Reveals How To Be 'Fast, Fluid, and Flexible Leader'

eric0303.jpg

Former NBA Star Eric Snow has gone from the basketball court to the boardroom in his new book Leading High Performers: The Ultimate Guide to Being a Fast, Fluid, and Flexible Leader. He has a little experience on the subject. He has been a mentor to Allen Iverson and LeBron James, and is currently an NBA TV Analyst. For more on his book, go to www.ericsnow.com.

Whether you’re the rookie player on the team, just got promoted to middle management or you’re the new guy in the board room, leading high performers is no easy feat.

He stopped by to discuss how you can develop and lead high performers, as well as how individuals can better meet the new demands of leadership roles in 2010 and beyond, through his Fast, Fluid, and Flexible leadership model.

Fourteen-year NBA veteran Eric Snow was either co-captain or playing some leadership role for his team throughout his NBA career. Now officially retired after his 14th NBA season, Eric is serving as an analyst for Turner Sports’ NBATV. Eric has a unique understanding of leadership from the blisteringly-paced world of professional sports as well as his post-retirement “trial by fire” initiation into the world of instant entrepreneur, investor and businessman.

Snow has made a point of not only being a leader among his peers, but also with his neighbors. Through his Shoot for the Moon Foundation, Snow has had a tremendous influence on the lives of thousands of people, particularly men, children, and families. The foundation has been dedicated to supporting and strengthening communities and families in the Greater Atlanta metropolitan regions, Philadelphia and Northeast Ohio.
