Ask The Doctor: Is It OK For A Teen To Stop Eating Meat?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
I like taking hot showers but I've noticed that I can't stay in too long because I begin to feel weak, and I have to get out. I'm only 39-years-old is that normal?
I am 15-years-old and want to stop eating meat but my grandmother states that it's not a good idea since I have been eating meat since I was a baby. What should I do?
Danielle
