1. Mountain climbers with partner, add frog kicks
2. Push ups on partner-female
3. Male variation of push up
4. Plank with partner resistance
5. Male version of plank with partner resistance
6. Shoulder push offs - opposite shoulder touch
7. V-sit ups with medicine ball hug 'n throw
