Migraines Triggered By Certain Foods
In today's Health Key report, there's nothing worse than a migraine headache.
Migraine sufferers know that there are certain foods that can trigger them. Now the U.S. National Library of Medicine has compiled a list. It includes processed, marinated, fermented or pickled foods, baked goods, chocolate or dairy foods and MSG. Others include foods that contain tyramine like red wine, aged cheese and smoked fish; and nitrates like you find in processed meats and onions. Even nuts and peanut butter are on the list.
