Michael Strahan Talks About Drive4COPD
The former NY Giant Michael Strahan stopped by live to talk about the DRIVE4COPD campaign. He also gave us his own opinions about the SuperBowl and sme predictions, which airs this Sunday. The former NY Giant is working to launch a new public health initiative about a disease that is close to his heart: COPD.
COPD, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, is the fourth leading cause of death in the U.S. and the only one increasing in prevalence. Even though it is very common and deadly, it isn’t being talked about. The result: people are often diagnosed too late when they have already lost half their lung function.
