Black History Month: Healthy Soul Food

Milk's not the only food that does the body good. We're whipping up some healthy soul food that's good for your body, soul and your waistline. Chefs George and Tyrone from G&T Catering stopped by to show us how to make a traditional soul food dish -- Four Cheese Macaroni -- in celebration of Black History Month.
The two chefs showed us how to make that distinctive soul food dishes while modifying the ingredients to get the same great taste. For example, George and Tyrone also bought over their famous Sautéed Collar Greens, Black-Eyed Peas and Brown Rice, G&T BBQ Spare Ribs and Low Fat Sweet Potato Pie with Whole Wheat Pie Crust.
Four Cheese Macaroni
Ingredients
2 cups Whole Grain Macaroni
Evaporated Skim Milk
Egg
Black pepper
Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat Monterey Jack Cheese, Part-Skim Mozzarella and Low Fat Swiss Cheese
