Here to tell us about "Heart-Smart Swaps" is Nutritionist Samina Riaz.
Riaz suggested these heart-healthy tips:
1. Replace sugar-coated cereals for a bowl of oatmeal.
2. Replace high calorie, high fat candy bars for a KIND bar, it's a healthy snack made up of whole nuts and fruit that taste delicious.
