Ask The Doctor: How Can I Lose Post-Baby Weight?
The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
1. I recently had a baby and gained a lot of weight. I am trying to lose it and I'm looking into weight loss pills because I have no time to exercise or to eat healthy. Is that a good idea? Do you have any suggestions?

2. Please explain to me the difference between a D.O. and an M.D. I have always believed that a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine was not as equal to an M.D. Every time I see D.O. after a physicians name, I get somewhat nervous and reluctant with this.

I'm a diabetic and having problems with high blood pressure but am very sensitive to drugs for it. I can't take most medicines. What kind of tests should I get and what kind of doctor would work with me on this? My primary doctor has not been able to help me so far with this problem. Can you help me?
