Inside Bayonne's Water Main Break
Monday’s massive watermain break in Jersey City which affected the entire Bayonne community. Residents were without water and schools were delayed for hours. Jim Poirir, executive vice president of Hatch Mott MacDonald -- the consultant firm for Bayonne's Municipal Utility Authority --, stopped by to give us an update on the story and why water main breaks happen.
