Subways To See Delays This Weekend
More than two dozen service changes are scheduled beginning late Friday, affecting every major line but the Nos. 1, 6, E, L and M trains.
Among the most inconvenienced with be straphangers using the busy Fulton Street station in downtown Manhattan.
