fitness0114.jpg

If you're looking for a gym that's easy on your wallet, you don't have to look further than your neighborhood rec center. Lisa Mateo has found a great deal for 2010.

The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation to make it easy for New Yorkers to be active. They've launched a week-long open house called Be Fit NYC 2010 and it just may be the best workout value in town.

The Chelsea Recreation Center's annual memberships $75 for adults, $10 for seniors and free for children under 18.

You can check out the Center's for free every Monday until the end of the year. For more information, visit www.nycgovparks.org.
