Hawaiian Cooking, Vacation Giveaway
Chef Jorge Rodriguez of the Millennium Hilton will prepare Hawaiian Rum and Pineapple Salmon and Pineapple Salsa (see the recipe after the jump) to give New Yorkers a sampling of some of the cuisine on Oahu.
Also, tune in tomorrow when the folks of Oahu Visitors Bureau will giveaway a trip for two to Oahu.

Hawaiian Rum and Pineapple Salmon
Salmon portion of 5 oz.
Marinate:
½ cup lime pineapple juice.
½ cup Hawaiian Rum.
# tbsp olive oil.
Salt, pepper and 2 tbsp garlic powder.
Pineapple Salsa
½ cup of diced pineapple.
½ cup of diced red tomatoes.
½ cup of diced red onions.
2 tbsp chopped cilantro.
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lime juice.
Salt, pepper and garlic powder.

I saw the secret code word this morning for the Hawaii vacation giveaway, but where do I sign up? Why don't you have a separate link to enter such information about your fake sweepstake or better yet not lie to people who watch your news show in the morning.
