How To Change Someone You Love In 4 Steps

change0105.jpg

Each year people resolve to change themselves, but what does it take to change someone you love? Brad Lamm, author of How to Change Someone You Love, will offer tips focusing on the person who is trying to change someone and how they can do it. He'll discuss four steps:

1. Craft a Circle of Change - Use the natural influence of friends, family and even co-workers to move a resistant loved one toward change
2. Deliver the Invitation to Change - Together, ask the troubled person to take the actions necessary for lasting change
3. Champion the Change - Support the loved one through his or her transformation so that change sticks
4. Care for You - How to nurture yourself so that you stay physically and emotionally strong, mentally alert and spiritually centered

How to Change Someone You Love: Four Steps to Help You Help Them is available in stores now. For more information, visit www.changesomeoneyoulove.com or www.interventionspecialists.org.

Good time for change as we embark on a New Year. Interesting four step process.

Another quick / cheap / easy answer to life's problems, as if the simplest person can be transformed in four, not-so-complex steps.

Personalities don't follow flowchart formats and are more complicated than four step programs.
