Ask The Doctor: How Can I Reduce Hot Flashes?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
1. I'm going through menopause and i get frequent hot flashes throughout the day and night. Anyway to reduce or eliminate them ?
Kim, Long Island
2. I saw the news a couple of days ago about the risk of going to a chiropractor, and the manipulation on the neck. I am 36-years-old and have been going to the chiropractor since I was 13 first for scoliosis. Should I be concerned about the risk of manipulation causing a stroke, especially since I have been going for 20 years?
Myrna, Cranford, NJ
