Okay. I just have this today about 10 Things Not to Buy in 2010.
I can understand that we really don't need landline telephones anymore because of the cell phone boom. I tell my mother that all the time because she has both a cell phone and landline telephone. Me, I just have a cell phone and that's all I need to make calls.
As for DVDs, sorry but not really going to give that up. I have a numerous amount of DVDs and I also plan to buy more DVDs because I want to have a big movie collection. However, I also have downloaded my share of movies too.
As for CDs, I support that too because there are MP3 players and iPods out there that store lots of music. No one listens to CDs anymore, but I still have some that I've bought online. But I own an Archos Media player and on it, It plays music, movies and other videos, and holds pictures.
As for college text books, I can understand that too. E-readers are now on the market and you can now download many ebooks and read them on them. I do plan on purchasing an e-reader from Sony in the future. And I've downloaded my share of ebooks too. Most of them are about film making because I'm an aspiring film maker and I'm 33.
However, I must say this about external hard drives. I have two external hard drives and there's no way in H E double hockey sticks that I'll ever give them up. There's no way that I'll ever store all of my work online. I don't feel that I should have to go online to retrieve my work. I plan on buying another external hard drive in the future, despite what a report says about 10 Things Not to Buy in 2010. I'd prefer to keep my files private and near me rather than being online to where someone can access them and ruin my work.
That's what I have to say about 10 Things Not to Buy in 2010. Thank you.
