Wake-Up Workout: Jump To Fitness

Kangoo Jumps are boots with bounce and they'll help you hop your way to a better body! Mario Green of Crunch was here with details on this fitness craze.

She shoed us how to do the double foot jump with a side leg lift, ski jump. In/out, slalom ski and tuck jump.
