New Year's Resolutions

Stop smoking, eat healthier foods, exercise more often--that's right, it's time to ring in a New
Year with a new (or old) resolution. But if we keep making the same resolutions every year, are they really doing us any good?
Jen Drexler, the author of "Just Ask a Woman" and "What She's Not Telling You," stopped by the studio to speak with WPIX about resolutions. She tackles the tough questions like whether or not men or women are better at keeping their resolutions. She also gives us her take on some of the most popular resolutions: losing weight, quitting smoking, exercising more, getting organized and paying off that debt.
Jen's books are available on Amazon.com
