John, please do not insult the 1969 Miracle Mets by referring to the 2010 version by that moniker. The 1969 New York Mets were dubbed the Miracle Mets. I understand you are a Mets fan, born in Flushing Hospital, but as a journalist should you be using the pronoun, "we?" Maybe this in proper in Morning News programs, but it sounds so much like the Midwest or College Football in the South. Don't get me wrong, appreciate your work and like it when a true Mets fan interviews players, but this is New York.
Great cause at Citi Field today. Maybe "we" can have a good 2010. By the way, if the Mets do win a championship in 2010, maybe it will truly be a "Miracle." Maybe you are on to something John, afterall!!!
