Ask The Doctor: Why Do I Feel Dizzy While Sitting?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
1. When I'm sitting or laying down I get dizzy. But, when I stand up the dizziness goes away. Is this from not drinking enough water?
Frank, Brooklyn
2. I have skin tags around my eyes, neck, shoulders and under my arms. What causes these, and is there something I can do to prevent them?
Ben
