Wakeup Workout: Keep Your Body Young With Tai-Sho Daruma

It's a 45-minute system of exercises that are called Tai-Sho Daruma. They are thousands of years old and they were practiced by the monks in the Buddhist temples of China, essentially, to keep there bodies young as they aged. Translate that into today, and you have something that is of great interest to the "baby boomer" crowd, who as the monks did "want to keep their bodies young as they age."
Stefan Schwarze, owner of Evolution Fitness Club, stopped by to show us a few moves. He says it helps young athletes as he practices it with local high schoolers. It's gained so much popularity that he teaches it to many international yoga groups.
• The Toe Wiggle - Exercise foot muscles for better balance
• Ring the Doorbell - Engages abs
• Static Duck Walk - Develops flexibility
• Buddhist Facelift - Develops muscles in the cheeks, jaw and neck
