i think the girl should not have been expelled .but i think wearing such a short skirt distracts other student .. theres a time and place for everything...i also feel same way about cell phones i think kids need phones in school but only for emergency ..if they get caught using phone during class phones should be taken away...

I was expelled for the same thing back in 1973. My skirt made hers look like a maxi dress. I was told by the assistant principal that I could not dress like that any more AND I had to wear a bra. While I was thin at the time, I was flat chested and by no means sexy!! Unfortuantely the initial complaint came from a teacher. Maybe he should have been spoken to rather than me.
It's good to think back on my high school days when my knickname was "Legs" because God knows....I can't even SEE my legs anymore!!
