The add will promote kids to drink chocolate milk, and therefore in the process they will be benefiting from getting more vitamin D in their diets, perhaps the add should also state a "sugar free" version of the chocolate milk, as well as "fat free" versions. However, it comes down to the parents of these children to adequately to make sure their children have a proper diet. When I was growing up (many years ago) I was provided milk with every meal, I was hardly ever given sodas to drink. In the fast pace this world is at the moment with mostly all parents working not all children are given proper diets, fast food seems to be easily prepared then meals at home. So promoting not just milk as a good source of vitamin D, chocolate milk is just as good of a source as is spinach (and what kid wants to eat spinach) pass me a glass of chocolate milk please.
