Rules Of The Repeat: Finding Love The Second Time Around

In love one minute, broken up the next and then back together again! Can a relationship really work the second time around? Molly Triffin, senior editor of Cosmopolitan magazine stopped by to talk about some "rules of the repeat" to improve your odd in round two.
• Go Slow: Try to look at it as a brand-new relationship
It's hard to slam on the brakes when you're making up for lost time, but admit it or not, you've both changed and need to take time to get reacquainted.
• Be Honest With Yourself: Make sure your heart is in the right place
If you're cringing at the idea of going to another dinner party alone, you're more likely craving a quick fix for loneliness, not your ex.
• Touch On the Past: Face issues of the past, but pick your battles
You split for a reason. You and your ex need to face what went wrong the first time if you're ever going to move forward. Hash out the bigger points of what you want to do differently this time and then act on it. Just remember pick your battles when it comes to past issues or you'll be back where you started.
• Move On: Focus on now not then
The upside of having a split is that it probably made you stronger. Whether you went learned a new skill or dated someone else, you gained a new perspective that makes it better this time…for both of you.

I saw the piece this morning about second time around and I think there were too many anchors! Gosh, you didn't give the guest enough time to talk - you guys just kept repeating and talking among yourselves...
