Look Like A Million Bucks With A $5 e.l.f Makeover

EYES - how to either make them look bigger, or give them some shape
1. Use a neutral beige/brown eyeshadow (e.l.f elements eye color in moon dust $1) to create depth and dimension
2. Line eyes with a dark black pencil such as e.l.f. Brightening eyeliner in black ($1). Line as close to the lash line as possible for an enhanced look. Smudge on the outer and upper corner of the lash line for a more dramatic look.

LIPS - how to make them look fuller
