Intriguing competition. It is for a great cause. I am sure it takes athletic ability to pole dance. A competition with sex appeal, indeed.

The song was "Closer" by Kings of Leon.

I have never blogged before but I have to say that I thought this pole dancing "Story" was totally inappropriate for the "news" I was shocked to see this on . . . I mean what is the purpose? I understand that there is a competiton fundraiser which is great! but the "pole dancing" was really unnecessary to show on the news except for its "shock value". This wouldn't normally be seen except in a bar or gentlemens club and it doesn't belong on the morning news.

Grandma Donna,

The entire competition WAS pole dancing. What else would they have shown? Those girls are martial artists, ballet dancers and athletes, not strippers.
