Yoga + Kick-Boxing = Koga!

Jon Koga, the master mind behind the Koga workout, showed our Lisa Mateo the art of the brand new fitness routine that combines Yoga and Kick-Boxing at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center.
The Manhattan Movement & Arts Center is 18,000 square feet of studios, theaters and performance space all with top of the line sound, floors and lighting.
