finance1008.jpg

Whether you have been laid off, or are worried about getting laid off, there are some things you need to know.

Beth Kobliner, the author of Get A Financial Life, stopped by with here with four key aspects that you should focus on immediately: severance, COBRA/health insurance, unemployment insurance and 401K.

Get A Financial Life is available in bookstores now. For more information, visit www.bethkobliner.com.

On the 401K, when I called them, they didn't say that I had to drop them and move it to an IRA or something else after I got laid off. Plus, I have a load and that I do have to pay off before 90 days or I default on it.
Just wanted you to know.

Thanks,
Mike
