Christine Lahti Wants Equality Now
Christine Lahti was live in our studios.
She has a four arc episode as an assistant district attorney with a dark side on the hit series "Law and Order: SVU."
Christine Lahti plays ADA Sonya Paxton on the hit series. Unlike other ADAs, Lahti has serious control issues and several skeletons in her closet.
Lahti is very politically active, especially when it comes to women issues. She is currently working with Equality Now.
Equality Now works to end violence and discrimination against women and girls around the world through mobilization of public pressure. They fight against rape, domestic violence, reproductive rights, trafficking, female genital mutilation and gender discrimination.
