NY Met Carlos Beltran Cooks For A Cause
Five-time MLB All-Star and hometown hero, New York Mets Centerfielder Carlos Beltran stopped by PIX Kitchen to show us how to make his signature dessert Tres Leche, which is being offered at Sofrito for the month of October.
Twenty percent of the proceeds are going to support the Carlos Beltran Foundation, which is raising money to build the Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy in Puerto Rico. Beltran was joined by Sofrito Restaurant owner JR Morales and Chef Ricardo Cardona.
