Ask The Doctor: How Can I Lose 50 Pounds?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
I want to loose 50 pounds. What machines at the gym should I use? How many reps should I do? Also, what should I eat?
Betzy, Brooklyn
I am curious about the long term effects of Vitamin B12 injections that are given by "weight loss specialists." What are the pros and cons behind these injections?
Tammie, The Bronx
