Wakeup Workout: Shapelygirl Fitness For Women Of All Shapes, Sizes

Debra Mazda, M.Ed, of ShapelyGirl Fitness stopped by the studio to show us moves from her workout program, which caters to women of all shapes and sizes.
After losing 140 pounds 25 years ago by letting go of fad diets and embracing exercise, Mazda is taking a positive message to women struggling with weight and body image: Fitness comes in many sizes. Move, breathe and transform yourself. She showed us:
• Side Fans - Turning right let outward, lift knee to chest while pulling the arm down over the head
• Core Twist - Legs apart with knees bent twist the core side to side extending arms across the body
• Side Bends - With legs apart, slide the arm down the leg past the calf
• Standing Back Leg Lifts - Bring right leg behind you and then bring that knee to the chest and add arms to it
