Olympic Gold Medalist Usain Bolt Talks About Track & Field

usain0929b.jpg

Olympic Gold medalist Usain Bolt, who broke his own world record recently in the 100 meter with a mind-boggling 9.58 performance, stopped by the studio to discuss the sport of track and field. Bolt's new record is 0.11 seconds faster than the mark he set last year at the Beijing Olympics.

Bolt, 23, is a Jamaican sprinter who has earned the nickname "Lightning Bolt" and has been called "the world's fastest man" due to his incredible speed on the track. While in high school, Bolt's cricket coach and other former Olympians encouraged him to focus his athletic attention to track and field.
