the ads are very discusting BUT also very effective (hopefully) I truely believe shock value can be a good way to wake people up
I think that they are effective in our children. I know the ads on tv, my son pauses and makes his mother watch them.
I think it can be very effective. Kids, especially teenagers need to see those types of visuals to see what can happen to them if they smoke. I have been showing my children those types of images for years. Actually, I showed them the tongue cancer one, that's really ugly.
