Kelly Rutherford Strolls Back To Upper East Side In 'Gossip Girl'

Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford stopped by the studio to discuss the new season of the show, her role as Lily van der Woodsen and her partnership with (RED)/Bugaboo Strollers.

Season 3 of Gossip Girl finds the cast all grown up and living the college life. Even though high school is behind them, Serena (Blake Lively), Chuck (Ed Westwick), Blair (Leighton Meester), and the rest of the Upper East Siders still have their fair share of love, scandals and secrets that await them.

On October 1, Bugaboo is partnering with (RED) to contribute 1% of their total revenue to the Global Fund to help fund AIDS programs in Africa. Bugaboo is the first company which is turning the entire company (RED). In just three years, (RED) has generated over $135 million to fund AIDS programs in Africa with a focus on women and children. This money has supported programs that have reached more than 4 million people in four countries, this includes reaching more than 70,000 HIV+ pregnant women with treatment to help ensure their babies are born free of the disease.

Bugaboo's partnership with (RED) seeks to enable the Global Fund to extend its contribution to HIV/AIDS programs in Africa, with a particular emphasis on helping women and children. The Kentucky-born Rutherford is returning to the show after taking some time off due to the birth of her second child Helena Grace in June. Best known for her role in as Megan Mancini in Melrose Place, her other acting credits include E-Ring, Threat Matrix and The District.
