Make-Up Artist Jay Manuel Talks About Cycle 13 Of 'America's Next Top Model'
Celebrity Make-Up Artist Jay Manuel stopped by the studio to talk about the new season of America's Next Top Model, which premieres tonight.
America's Next Top Model: Cycle 13 participants are exclusively made up of aspiring models under 5'7". So many model wannabes showed up to the New York audition that it caused a riot and stampede! Manuel is the former personal make-up artist to Tyra Banks, host of America's Next Top Model. This Canadian is also host and executive producer of Canada's Next Top Model. Manuel's cosmetics line "Manuel Override" can be found at QVC.
